Your pack shipment

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

On rare occasions, COVID-19 restrictions, peak and holiday periods, labour disruptions and other events outside of our control may result in slightly longer delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note:  Under certain circumstances we may offer free shipping such as at achieving specific purchase thresholds or by using promotion codes which may be available for limited time as part of specific promotions.

Parcels are shipped exclusively via USPS in the U.S.A. and Canada Post in Canada

Shipping transit times are as follows:
The delivery standard for regular ground parcels mail sent to Canada or the U.S.A. are:

  • Two business days for local mail
  • Five business days for regional mail
  • Up to seven business days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

We do not offer on site pick-up
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which in most cases will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@clearpointdirect.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
